Xbox360 cannot go 180 on its Z-axis

My brother mistakely tried to right the XBox 360 when it was upside down while turned on and accessing the disc.
The Result:

There goes GTA IV ($55.59 down the drain)
Hopefully I can get the disc repaired or replace for a small fee.
